Made another deadline
Hip-hip-hooray!
Doesn't mean an awful lot
But we had to stay:
Some till seven, some till eight
Some till overnight -
Whew, that's late!
But we did it on time
And we beat the clock
Now they're shipping that order
On the loading dock.
And it doesn't really matter
If there'd been a big delay
But we did it on time -
Though they said we couldn't do it -
Yeah, we did it on time
Today!
